Simple way on how to reduce weight!

1. Drink lotssss of water. Sometimes when you just feel like putting something into your mouth or even feels hungry, its not that you are really hungry. Its just that you are thirsty thus drink plain water when u just feel hungry. By doing this, you can see the result as early as possible. You might urinate regularly but later you will get use to it :)

2.Have enough rest. When your body is not having enough rest, you will feel tired and your productivity will be less thus making you less active. This can reduce the metabolic rate and preserve more energy and FAT in your body. Get enough rest and work yourself to the max during the day :)

3. Keep exercising. Make sure to do aerobic exercise because by doing aerobic exercise, your body will burn fat. Burning fat need Oxygen. If you are during anaerobic exercise such as running fast, your body will not have enough time to consume oxygen and burn fat. They only burn glucose in your body. So, to burn more and more fat, walk briskly, slow jog and any other exercise where you can breath and consume enough oxygen during the exercise.

4.Eat lots of fruits. Fruits contain lots of Vitamin C and fiber which then be eliminated by the body. This food will detox your body. Despite losing fat, you will also have better skin. Me myself have done this. My skin becomes better and all my scar reduced.

5.Keep in mind that there are no such thing as "lazy" "tired". Just do anything that you think you can do. This will not only help you changing your thought to positive thinking, it also helps you to create better future by keep doing, keep moving and keep losing weight! :)
